Over 80 Years of Casting Experience

Established in Konya in 1966 and operating under the title of İstikamet Döküm A.Ş. since 1994, our company exports to 47 countries worldwide with approximately 500 personnel across three separate production centers, namely our Bozüyük main plant, Kayabaşı (Konya), and Polimer Beton plant.

Our production, carried out under IATF 16949:2016 (Bureau Veritas approved), ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 50001 standards, offers grey, ductile, ADI, and polymer concrete casting solutions to the automotive, infrastructure, agricultural machinery, wind energy, and heavy industry sectors.

DCasting Capacity Distribution

Our annual casting capacity of 40.000 ton is distributed across three main production branches: ductile (spheroidal graphite), grey (lamellar graphite), and polymer concrete products. Ductile iron casting constitutes the major part of our production due to requirements for high toughness and dynamic load-bearing capacity.

Ductile Iron Casting — EN-GJS-400-15 / EN-GJS-500-7 / GGG40–GGG70

Grey Iron Casting — GG15, GG20, GG25, GG30 (Lamellar graphite)

Polymer Concrete — TS EN 1433 compliant drainage channels

Induction Cooktops and Melting Capacity

Our 6 modern induction furnaces with a total melting capacity of 16 ton per hour operate continuously in our Furnaces department, producing homogeneous liquid metal with high metallurgical stability.

Temperature, casting rate, and inoculation parameters are fully automatically controlled with the Automatic Pressed Powered Pouring Furnace.
