• Secure Packaging and Protection: Following automatic grinding (ACD Grinding Master 500/800) operations, TS EN 124-2 ductile iron infrastructure elements coated against corrosion in the wet dip painting line (Deep Coating/Painting) are stabilized against vibration and damage during transport and palletized with locking systems.
• International Standard Storage: The entire shipping, storage, and customs clearance processes are monitored in real time with an integrated ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system compliant with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 information security standards.
• Wide Product Logistics: Parts in the heaviest load classes, such as F900, E600, and D400, produced for ports, airports, highways, and offshore wind energy projects (submarine cable protection pipes), are shipped in full compliance with international customs regulations.
