İstikamet Döküm produces grey (lamellar graphite) and ductile (spheroidal graphite) cast iron for highly engineered sectors such as automotive, infrastructure, machinery, agriculture, and submarine cable protection systems.
Our plant offers computer-controlled and sustainable process management at every stage, from liquid metal preparation to automatic molding, under integrated IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management System), ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Modern induction furnaces are used in our foundry to produce homogeneous liquid metal with high metallurgical stability:
Automatic Pressurized Pouring Furnaces (Automatic Pressed Powered Pouring Furnaces): During the pouring stage of liquid metal into molds; pouring temperature, automatic inoculation accuracy, and pouring velocity are monitored by fully automatic control systems. This system ensures continuous, sustainable, high surface quality casting processes with minimum energy consumption.
Depending on the production volume, part geometry, and weight, two different molding technologies are actively operated in our foundry:
Our fully automatic green sand molding lines are in operation for high-volume serial production and dimensional stability:
Provides flexible solutions without size limitations for large-scale, custom design, and heavy industrial castings:
In order to manufacture gearbox housings, engine blocks, and industrial castings with complex internal geometries without defects, our Cold Box core production center consists of the following equipment:
All parts produced in our foundry are certified in a wide range, from infrastructure elements compliant with TS 1478 and EN 124-2 standards to high-strength automotive and construction equipment castings. Our plant meets all international casting regulations, primarily Bureau Veritas-approved IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications.
